On July 7, 2026, the Phoenix Bridge Building Materials Factory in Angola, a subsidiary of the group, held a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony. This comprehensive building materials production base, representing a total investment of US$30 million, has officially commenced full-scale operations. It is poised to become another benchmark industrial project that advances Angola’s industrialization process and exemplifies the pragmatic cooperation between China and Angola in jointly building the "Belt and Road" initiative.

The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Joço Nkosi, Secretary of State for Production Affairs of the Angolan President; Rui Miguêns de Oliveira, Minister of Industry and Trade; Carlos Rodrigues, Secretary of State for Industry; and Auzílio de Oliveira Martins Jacob, Governor of Ikolo and Bengo Province. Over 40 prominent Angolan representatives from various sectors of society also participated, witnessing a new milestone in the development of the local building materials industry.
